Need to make something ahead to keep you your prep time simple? These amazingly delicious party sandwiches check all the boxes. They will keep your party planning simple and your guests will ask for the recipe. Trust me, you want to make these.


Mini Baked Sandwiches

1 Package of Kings Hawaiian Rolls

Deli sliced Turkey -Smoked Gouda

Deli Sliced Black Forest Ham- Baby Swiss.

Sauce:

2 Cubes Butter

4 TBSP Brown Sugar

2 TBSP Mustard, not dry

2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce

2 TBSP Poppy Seeds

1 tsp dried minced Onions

  1. Begin by slicing the sheet of Hawaiian Rolls in half across the whole sheet. Lift the top half of the rolls sheet off. Set the bottom half of the sheet in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Layer deli meat and cheese in a layer across the bottom half of the rolls sheet. Replace the top half of the sheet of rolls on top of the layered meat and cheese.
  3. In a saucepan melt butter and other sauce ingredients together. Carefully pour the sauce over the top of the sandwiches. Cover with foil and place in Refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Remove foil and bake sandwiches at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until tops of sandwiches begin to brown.
  5. Serve hot just as they are or guests can add sliced Red onion, tomato, yellow peppers, olives etc.
